The building at Pfeivestlstrasse 4 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architect Paul Böhme, is a protected monument .

The baroque hipped roof building with a terrace-covered porch on the garden side bears the features of a restrained homeland style .
