The von Pfersfeld family or the Pfersfelder were a Franconian noble family .

history

The Pfersfelder probably emerged as a line from the Groß von Trockau family , the coats of arms largely match. There is also a tribal relationship with the Lochner family . Hartung Pfersfelder was abbot of St. Emmeram Monastery (1452-1458), Dorothea Pfersfelder was Abbess of Sonnefeld Monastery (1503-1515). Ursula Pfersfelder was abbess of the Niederschönenfeld monastery from 1565 to 1583 .

The shield is split in silver and blue and has a red bar . On the helmet with there are two buffalo horns with heron feathers. The helmet covers are silver and red.
