Pharmacological Reports , or Pharmacol for short . Rep. , Is a scientific journal published by Elsevier-Verlag. The journal was founded in 1949 under the name Prace Komisji Nauk Farmaceutycznych / Polska Akademia Umiejetnósci , and in 1956 the title was changed to Dissertationes pharmaceuticae et pharmacologicae / Zaklad Farmakologii Polskiej Akademii Nauki . In 1972, the name was Anglicized in the Polish Journal of Pharmacology and Pharmacy , the name was shortened to the Polish Journal of Pharmacology in 1993. In 2005, the change was made to Pharmacological Reports . The magazine is published six times a year. Works are published that deal with all aspects of pharmacology.

The impact factor in 2014 was 1.928. According to the statistics of the ISI Web of Knowledge , the journal with this impact factor ranks 153rd out of 254 journals in the pharmacology and pharmacy category.
