Phil Prendergast
Phil Prendergast (* 20th September 1959 in Kilkenny as Phil Foley ) is an Irish politician ( Labor ).
Life
Prendergast passed the diploma in professional development and worked as a state-certified nurse and midwife.
From 1994 to 2004 Prendergast was a member of the Clonmel City Council , and from 1999 to 2004 a member of the South Tipperary County Council . In 2007 she became a member of the Seanad Éireann . However, she resigned this mandate on April 21, 2011 when she moved to the European Parliament . She moved up for Alan Kelly , who was elected to the Dáil Éireann . After the 2014 European elections, she left parliament.
