Philip I of Angelach-Braubach

Philip I of Angelach-Braubach (* around 1430; † December 1484 / January 1485) was an imperial knight from the family of the Lords of Angelach . He was Commander of the Teutonic Order .

Philip I was the son of Peter II von Angelach-Braubach († around 1431).

Life

Philipp I is mentioned in 1470/71 as the compan of the Teutonic Order governor in Königsberg and in 1471/73 as the Grand Master . In 1471 he was appointed Commander of Prussian Holland . He held the office until his death around the turn of the year 1484/1485.
