Philipp Roth (screenwriter)
Philipp Roth (* 1972 in Münster ) is a German screenwriter .
Life
Philipp Roth gained his first film experience while working in the production management for Matthias Glasner's films Sexy Sadie and Die Mediocren . Later he studied film and television production at the University of Film and Television "Konrad Wolf" and worked as a lecturer, dramaturge and, for a short time, as a producer at the Munich production company new German film company . For his screenplay for Schwere Jungs , published in 2006 , he was awarded the 2004 Screenplay Prize at the Munich Film Festival . Since 2008 he has also worked as a screenwriter for the series Der Bergdoktor . He has been responsible for the majority of the episodes so far.
