Philippa Raschker
Philippa "Phil" Raschker (born February 21, 1947 in Hamburg ) is an American athlete. At the age of 20 she moved from Germany to the United States of America. She holds 63 US and 18 world records and has won 71 gold, 19 silver and 7 bronze medals for women 35 and over in the World Masters Athletics Championships , which she has competed since 1983. In 2003 and 2008 she was nominated for the James E. Sullivan Award .
