The Phillip Iceland Road is a tourist road in the south of the Australian state of Victoria . It connects the Bass Highway in Anderson with Cowes , the capital of Phillip Island .

Phillip Island Road branches off the Bass Highway (A420) to the west in Anderson . The Phillip Island Bridge , opened on November 21, 1969, begins in San Remo and extends over the entrance to the Western Port to Newhaven on the island. From there, the road crosses the island northwest and eventually reaches Cowes on the north coast, where it ends.
