Phillip Whitehead
Phillip Whitehead (born May 30, 1937 in Matlock , † December 31, 2005 in Chesterfield ) was a British politician . Whitehead had been a member of the European Parliament since 1994 and is known as the chairman of the British country group of the Group of the Party of European Socialists in the European Parliament . He died of a heart attack .
