Phillips Arm is a north-facing fjord-like tributary of the Cordero Channel in Canada. The Phillips River drains into its top . Originally a rich fishing area of the Kwiakah , a tribe of the Lekwiltok , they were replaced by white prospectors from the mid-1890s.

It is north of East Thurlow Island on mainland British Columbia in Canada . A former lumberjack camp of the same name was located on its east bank on the mainland. To the west lies the island of Vancouver Island, separated by several inlets . Phillips arm is about 10 km long.
