Phrynichus (tragedian II)
Phrynichos (Φρύνιχος), son of Melanthas, was an ancient tragedian from Athens , whose lifetime can no longer be inferred today. It has only been passed on through the Byzantine lexicon Suda . He wrote two tragedies with the titles Andromeda and Erigone , as well as Pyrrhiche (arms dances).
However, this phrynichos may not even exist and there is only one error in the lexicon mentioned.
