The Phyllis Bay is a small bay on the south coast of Montagu Iceland in the archipelago of the South Sandwich Islands . It lies between Allen Point and Scarlett Point .
British Discovery Investigations scientists on the RRS Discovery II mapped it in 1930 and named it after Phyllis V. Horton, daughter of the ship's chief engineer.
