piano possibile was an ensemble for new music . It was founded in 1993 and was based in Munich. The artistic directors were Philipp Kolb and Klaus Schedl . piano possibile specialized in music of the 21st century. Above all, the use of modern instruments (electronics and live electronics in combination with acoustic instruments) and the creation of thoroughly dramaturgized concerts were his trademarks. Special attention was also paid to scenic projects and the creation of new concert situations. The search for contemporary music that is not only valid for an expert group was of particular importance. The ensemble stopped working in 2015.

Outstanding projects were: Les Fleurs du Mal by Klaus Schedl ; Tilt (Amazon Conference, Munich Biennale and Sao Paulo); Underwater - a deprivation of liberty; Concert series "Silver Stripes": The hope of contemporary music; an index of metals - a video opera by Fausto Romitelli ; Pater-Noster Concert 1 and 2; Finale - live improvisations on soccer games.
