The 1435 m high Pico Humión (sometimes also Umión ) is the highest point in the Montes Obarenes mountain range in the comarca Las Merindades in the northeast of the Spanish province of Burgos . The mountain is part of the Montes Obarenes-San Zadornil Natural Park .

The Pico Humión is located about 12 km (as the crow flies) in a south-easterly direction from Frías ; from the village of Valderrama it is only 6 km to the east. All-terrain vehicles can be used to get close to the summit.
tourism
The mountain is well suited for hiking; the summit can be reached within 2.5 hours from the 616 m high village of Valderrama ; from the hamlet of Cubilla, 1022 m high, it only takes about an hour. The flattened, rocky summit plateau is popular with paragliders .
