Piero Cesare Minoretti (born February 13, 1985 in Feldkirch , Austria ) is an Austrian football player.
Career
Minoretti started in the youth teams of SC Röthis, at the age of 14 he then moved to the federal youth center in Vorarlberg. In 2002 Minoretti signed the first professional contract with FC Lustenau . During this time he was used regularly. Minoretti played continuously for the Austrian national soccer team (U15-U20) from the age of 15 to the age of 20. In 2004 he moved to FC Hard in the Regionalliga West and missed promotion to the Red-Zac First League in the first year. He scored 12 goals that season. Minoretti signed a professional contract with FC Red Bull Salzburg in 2006 . In his first year he rose to the Red-Zac First League with the Red Bull Juniors and played for Salzburg until 2009. Behind Richard Kitzbichler, Minoretti posted the most playing minutes between 2006 and 2009 for Salzburg. In the summer of 2009, an international transfer to Serie A to Italy failed shortly after the transfer transfer period, so that Minoretti was without a club until winter 2009. In January 2010 he returned to FC Lustenau. Then in April 2010 the cruciate ligament tore in the game against Hartberg. After recovering and returning to training, he tore the cruciate ligament in his left knee again in October 2010.
From April 2011 Minoretti played again on his usual right side at FC Lustenau. Until the coach change, he led the team as captain through the season. His contract ran until the end of June 2012. In the same year, Minoretti moved back to FC Hard in the Regionalliga West. He is currently playing the 9th season at FC Hard.
