Pierre Brésolles
Pierre Brésolles (born November 10, 1929 ) was successful in the sprint starting for France under the name Claire Brésolles .
At the European Athletics Championships in Oslo in 1946 , Brésolles won bronze in the women’s 100 m and silver in the 4 x 100 m relay .
In the 1950s, outed herself as Brésolles Transmann .
