It is located in the Hohenwarsleben district on the eaves on the south side of Karl-Marx-Straße in a location that shapes the street scene.
Architecture and history
The two-storey plastered farmhouse was built in the first half of the 19th century. An inscription on the building bears the year 1861. On the left of the house there is a high gate passage, on the right a gate. The original structure of the façade of the farmhouse typical of the region has been preserved. Noteworthy, however, is the stucco frieze made of acanthus leaf forms instead of a belt cornice .
In the local register of monuments , the farmhouse is registered as a monument under registration number 094 75513 .
