Pierre Pevel (* 1968 ) is a French journalist , writer and translator .

Life

Pevel is the son of an officer and spent his childhood and youth in various garrison towns. He completed his school days at the Lycée Henri-Poincarée in Nancy ( Département Meurthe-et-Moselle ).

Soon after finishing school, he made a name for himself as an author of role-playing games . At the same time he worked as a journalist. With growing success as a writer, Pevel reduced his journalistic activities and instead began works by Ian Fleming et al. a. to translate.

Pevel also publishes under the pseudonym Pierre Jacq .

Pierre Pevel lives in Nancy.
