Pierrette Fleutiaux

Pierrette Fleutiaux (born October 9, 1941 in Guéret , † February 27, 2019 in Paris ) was a French writer .

Fleutiaux studied English in Limoges, Poitiers, Bordeaux and London. She wrote fantastic stories and in 1985 the Métamorphoses de la reine , a collection of fairy tales based on Charles Perrault , for which she received the Prix ​​Goncourt . She was awarded the Prix ​​Femina for her novel Nous sommes eternels . She wrote the libretto for the opera La femme de l'ogre for Monique Cecconi-Botella .
