Pietro de L'Aquila
Pietro de L'Aquila († June 3, 1298 ) was a cardinal of the Catholic Church.
When Benedictine entered the Abbey of Montecassino , he was advisor to the King of Sicily and finally Abbot of S. Sofia in Benevento . Bishop of Valva-Sulmona since 1294 , he renounced this when Pope Celestine V appointed him cardinal priest of S. Croce in Gerusalemme on September 18, 1294 .
