Pilosocereus estevesii is a species of plant in the genus Pilosocereus from the cactus family(Cactaceae). The specific epithet honors the Brazilian cactus specialist Eddie Esteves Pereira.

Pilosocereus estevesii grows tree-shaped, is often branched like candelabras and reaches heights of growth of up to 3.2 meters. The columnar, upright, green to greenish blue to greenish gray shoots have a diameter of 5.5 to 6.5 centimeters. There are 10 to 23 ribs, which are slightly deepened between the circular to oval, up to 1.3 centimeters apart areoles . The straight, needle-like and radiating thorns are light yellow to brownish or grayish. There are 1 to 7 central spines and 13 to 17 radial spines. The flowering part of the shoots is very distinct. The areoles there are covered with brownish to grayish bristles of up to 4.7 centimeters in length.
The more or less funnel-shaped, whitish to light cream-colored flowers are up to 4.7 centimeters long. The depressed spherical to spherical fruits are pink to cream-colored, have a diameter of up to 4.7 centimeters, tear at the sides and contain a dark pink pulp.
Distribution and systematics
Pilosocereus estevesii is widespread in Brazil in the west of the state of Bahia . The first description was published in 1999 by Pierre Josef Braun (* 1959).
