Pinback is an indie rock band from San Diego , California . She is currently under contract with Temporary Residence Limited . The band was formed in 1998 by the two singers, songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Armistead Burwell Smith IV and Rob Crow. Chris Prescott and Tom Zinser are the drummers of the band, who alternately get on and off. Other former band members are: Terrin Durfey, Eric Hoversten, Ryan Bromley, Cameron Jones, Kenseth Thibideau, Gabriel Voiles, MC, Dmitri Dziensuwski, Donny Van Zandt, and Thatcher Orbitachi.
