Pingyuan (Dezhou)

Pingyuan County ( Chinese  平原 县 , Pinyin Píngyuán Xiàn ) is a county in the Chinese province of Shandong . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the Prefecture of Dezhou City . Pingyuan has an area of ​​1,047 km² and a population of 450,000 (2003).
