Qingyun County ( Chinese  庆云县 , Pinyin Qìngyún Xiàn ) is a district in the Chinese province of Shandong . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the Prefecture of Dezhou City . Qingyun has an area of ​​502 km² and a population of 300,000 (2003). Its main town is the large community Qingyun (庆云 镇).
