The pinboard moderation (also moderation method ) is a special technique for working with groups. For this purpose, free-standing transportable pin boards are used. They consist of a rigid foam board in a metal frame and are approximately 150 × 120 cm in size and 190 cm high. Covered with wrapping paper, it offers a large visualization area and is suitable both for the presentation of prepared representations and for process-accompanying development during the moderation with moderation cards that are labeled and organized by the participants.
Mobile pin boards
There are collapsible pinboards for moderators who often have to take their equipment with them when they travel. Stowed in a carrying bag, they measure around 70 × 120 cm and can be transported in the car.
