Roach 17
The house Plötze 17 is a listed half-timbered house from the 16th century in the central Hessian city of Limburg an der Lahn .
For 74 years, until 2011, the house was home to the Beste watch and jewelry store .
In December 2014, the renovation work was awarded the Federal Prize for Crafts in Monument Preservation.
The building is a cultural monument according to the Hessian Monument Protection Act and as such part of the overall system of the old town and Frankfurt suburb .
