Planet Punk Music is a German record label for dance and house music based in Niendorf ad Stecknitz , Germany .
history
Planet Punk Music was founded in 2008 as a GbR by Rocco (Sven Gruhnwald) and Bass-T (Sebastian Göckede). In the course of this, sublabels (High 5 Records, Big Blind Music and PunQ Records) were created for different genres.
In 2012 the brand “we love dance” was introduced. An impending copyright dispute with a media company was averted by renaming the brand to "You Love Dance".
Another sub-label followed in May 2013 with Spr Sound (Superior Sound without Compromisses). Sebastian Göckede died unexpectedly in the same year.
Two further sub-labels were founded in March 2014 "DustyDesert Music" and in May 2014 "You love Dance Classics". In 2016, Planet Punk Music was renamed from Sven Gruhnwald to a GmbH . The brand “you love dance” was founded in January 2018 as the last sub-label.
