Plasma potential

The plasma potential in the Physics of plasmas , the electric potential , the inside of a quasi-neutral prevails plasma. Like any potential, it only has a meaning if it is set in relation to a reference potential, which is equivalent to an electrical voltage . The plasma potential can be determined with a Langmuir probe .
