The Plattenseeli is a mountain lake in the Swiss canton of St. Gallen . It is located southwest of the summit of the Plattenspitz at 2319 m above sea level. M.
Its runoff feeds the Hinter Plattenbach , a left tributary of the Tamina , whose water reaches the Gigerwaldsee after another three kilometers .
