The Australian Platypus is a 99.95% platinum investment coin issued by the Perth Mint . On the image side is the eponymous platypus (ger .: Platypus) mapped the value page shows Elisabeth II. And the figure "100 US dollars." The coin is legal tender in Australia.

Since 2011, a maximum of 30,000 1 ounce coins have been minted annually.

The coins are already delivered in capsules from the mint.
