Played is a Canadian drama series broadcast by CTV . It centers on a unit (Covert Investigations Unit (CIU)) of the Police of Toronto , which perform undercover operations in the criminal milieu. In Germany, the series has been running on Kabel eins since September 5, 2014 , after previously running on the video platform MyVideo .
