The Player's Canadian Open 1983 were a tennis tournament of the WTA Tour 1983 for women in Toronto and a tennis tournament of the Grand Prix 1983 for men in Montreal . The men's tournament took place from August 8th to 14th, 1983 and the women's tournament from August 15th to 21st, 1983.
