The 2009 Rogers Cup was a tennis tournament of the 2009 WTA Tour for women in Toronto and a tennis tournament of the 2009 ATP World Tour for men in Montreal , Canada . The women's tournament took place from July 15 to August 23, 2009 and the men's tournament from August 8 to 16.
