The Pledari Grond (Pledari emphasized on the long a, Rhaeto-Romanic for "large dictionary") is a comprehensive vocabulary collection of Rumantsch Grischun that is freely accessible on the Internet . Its beginnings go back to 1980, when the Lia Rumantscha compiled the first word lists of the young compensatory and standard language of the Romance-speaking Graubünden . In 1993 there was a first printed edition. In the 1990s, the conversion to a digitized online lexicon took place. Lia Rumantscha, together with the youth organization GiuRu, is still in charge of constant updates by an editorial commission. The Pledari Grond now has over 200,000 entries. The search function is possible in both languages: from German to Romansh and vice versa.
