The Pohang Stadium is a football stadium in the South Korean city of Pohang , Gyeongsangbuk-do . The stadium opened in 1971.
The stadium was used as their home ground by the Pohang Steelers from 1987 to 1989 . In 2013 they returned to the stadium for a home game.
