Polina Sergejewna Maltschikowa ( Russian Полина Сергеевна Мальчикова ; born March 1, 1986 in Krasnoyarsk ) is a Russian orienteer ski runner .

Maltschikowa came to orienteering through cross-country skiing in 2002. In 2009 she took part in the World Championships in Japan for the first time and won the relay with Anastasia Kravchenko and Tatyana Vlasova the silver medal behind the Swedish relay. At the following World Championships in Sweden in 2011, she won the world title over the middle distance, with Andrei Grigorjew in the mixed relay and with Aljona Trapeznikowa and Tatjana Koslowa in the relay. In 2012 she won the European title over the long distance as well as the mixed relay with Grigoryev again. With Koslowa and Natalja Tomilowa , she also won gold in the relay. The Russian women defended the relay gold at the following European Championships in 2013 in Madona, Latvia . In 2017, Polina Frolova was convicted of taking meldonium. In addition to the revocation of all medals at European and World Championships in 2017, a 4-year sentence was also imposed.
