Polina Zilberman (born August 8, 1969 ) is a Moldovan chess player and trainer. Since November 2002 she has held the title of International Women's Champion (WIM). She was a women's officer for the Baden Chess Association and has been a trained chess trainer since 1991.

Until 1997, before moving to Germany, Polina Zilberman played many tournaments in Bucharest . At the open German women's championship in 2002 in Bad Brückenau , she was fourth. In 2006 in Pfalzgrafenweiler she became the Baden women's blitz and rapid chess champion. She won the German women's individual championship in 2009 in Hockenheim .

She played club chess for FTG Frankfurt . In the first women's league she played in the 2005/06 and 2006/07 seasons for SV Walldorf . Until the 2010/11 season she played for SK Heidelberg-Handschuhsheim , where she also carried out youth training. From the 2012/13 season she plays for the chess friends Red 71 . At SC Makkabi Heidelberg she was a passive member and trainer. She plays national team championships for the selection of the Baden Chess Association, which won the championship in 2007. Her daughter also played chess.
