Polyxenos (also Latin Polyxenus ) was an Indo-Greek king who is only known from his (few) coins. There he is sometimes referred to as Epiphanes and Soter . He probably only ruled briefly, with his rule being in the Hindu Kush. The exact chronological determination of his reign is disputed in research. Narain sees him as a vassal king of Menandros . On his silver coins he appears a bust with a helmet and a pallas . On the copper coins an Athena with a helmet appears on one side and a Gorgon head on the other.
