Pompeia Helena
Pompeia Helena was a Roman goldsmith who worked in Rome during the Roman Empire .
She is only known from her grave inscription in Rome, in which she is identified as a goldsmith. The inscription reads:
- Pompeia Cn (aei) l (iberta) Helena
- aur (i) ficis Caesaris
It is believed that it was a freedwoman from the gens of the Pompeians who worked for the emperor Augustus .
