The Porsche Junior 108 S was a tractor from Porsche-Diesel Motorenbau GmbH based in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. The Porsche Junior 108 S was produced a total of 400 times from 1957 to 1961.

The 1-cylinders - swirl chamber engine of rear-wheel driven Junior 108 S provides 14 hp (10 kW). The top speed was 19.9  km / h in forward gear and 5.1 km / h in reverse  . Technically speaking, the Junior 108 S with a width of 870 mm was a narrow-gauge version of the Porsche Junior 108 K and largely corresponded to it. In addition to the smaller width, the only visual difference between the models is the shell fenders, a narrower seat shell and shorter headlight brackets. With an empty weight of around 880 kg , it was considered the ideal work tool on small agricultural areas and wineries . The rear axle could be adjusted between 660 and 1160 mm in the track, which made work in the field more flexible and easier. The axle load on the front axle was 380 kg and on the rear axle 500 kg.

The single-disc dry clutch came from Fichtel and Schachs, whereas the injection system of the Porsche-Diesel Junior 108 S came from Bosch . The transmission was a ZF gear change transmission; the first gear was designed as a crawler gear for a speed of 1.8 km / h. In June 1961, the successor, the Junior 109 S, came onto the market with a larger displacement and an engine output increased by around 1 hp.
