Portland Gallery

The Portland Gallery is an art gallery in Westminster , London , near Piccadilly Circus . It was opened in 1984 by Thomas Hewlett .

The gallery specializes in Scottish paintings from the twentieth century and today and focuses largely on the work of the four Scottish colorists : Francis Cadell , JD Fergusson , George Leslie Hunter and Samuel Peploe . The gallery also represents a number of contemporary artists, including Jack Vettriano , who regularly exhibits his work in the gallery.
