Potowa Rinchen Sel ( Tib. Po to ba rin chen gsal * 1027 in Phenyül ( 'phan yul ), † 1105 ), a great teacher who was Kadam -Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and the founder of the monastery Poto ( po to dgon pa ) in Phenyül ( 'phan yul ) in central Tibet.
