Potowa Rinchen Sel ( Tib. Po to ba rin chen gsal * 1027 in Phenyül ( 'phan yul ), † 1105 ), a great teacher who was Kadam -Tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and the founder of the monastery Poto ( po to dgon pa ) in Phenyül ( 'phan yul ) in central Tibet.
Among the students of Dromtönpa he was one of the groups, along with Chengawa Tshälthrim Bar (tib .: spyan snga ba tshul khrims' bar ; 1038–1103) and Phuchterwa Shönnu Gyaltshen (tib .: phu chung ba gzhon nu rgyal mtshan ; 1031–1106) so-called "Three Brothers".
