Pradeep Kumar Dave

Pradeep Kumar Dave is an Indian orthopedic surgeon and chairman of Rockland Hospital in New Delhi . He graduated from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , Delhi (AIIMS) and joined the institute as a faculty member. He later joined Rockland Hospital as head of the orthopedic department and is the acting chairman of the advisory board.

Dave is the past editor of the Indian Journal of Orthopedics and has served as President of the Association of Spine Surgeons of India. He is Professor Emeritus of the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow , the Indian Orthopedics Association, the National Academy of Medical Sciences, the International Medical Science Academy and the Indian Section of the International College of Surgeons. The Indian government awarded him the fourth highest civil award of the Padma Shri in 2000 for his services in the fields of ecology and the environment .
