Pramila Rijal

Pramila Rijal (born May 1, 1985 in Chisapani ) is a Nepalese athlete.

Pramila Rijal starts in Nepal for the sports group of the "Armed Police Force". At the national championships in Nepal in 2012 , the 1.55 meter tall and 54 kilogram light athlete won the gold medal in the disciplines of 100 m , 200 m , 400 m and the 4 x 100 meter relay .

At the 2012 Summer Olympics , she started in the 100-meter run . Due to back problems, she could not match her best performance of 12.06 seconds and came in 25th place in the heats with 13.33 seconds.
