Map with all coordinates: The President Avenue is a short connecting road in the southeast of Sydney in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales . It connects the Princes Highway in the suburb of Kogerah in the west with The Grand Parade south of Brighton-Le-Sands in the east, on the west bank of Botany Bay . In its central part, which has separate lanes, it crosses the Rockdale Bicentennial Park .
