The Grand Parade is a main street in southeast Sydney in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales . It connects the suburbs of Sandringham in the south and Kyeemagh in the north along the west bank of Botany Bay . In its central part, from President Avenue to General Holmes Drive in Brighton-Le-Sands , it has been developed as a six-lane metroad 1 urban motorway.
course
In the northern part of the suburb of Sandringham at the mouth of the Georges River , The Grand Parade is the continuation of Sandringham Street (S64) to the north. Along the west bank of Botany Bay the road connects the towns of Sandringham, Ramsgate Beach, Monterey, Brighton-Le-Sands and Kyeemagh . President Avenue (Met-1), which connects the Princes Highway with the coast of Botany Bay, flows from the west between Monterey and Brighton-Le-Sands . There The Grand Parade becomes six lanes for approx. 1 km.
In Brighton-Le-Sands, General Holmes Drive (Met-1) continues Metroad 1, while The Grand Parade - a one-way northbound street - continues a few hundred meters and ends on Bestic Street in Kyeemagh.
