Prince Never-give-up ( Japanese 王子 が 私 を あ き ら め な い! Ōji ga Watashi o Akiramenai! ) Is a manga series by Nikki Asada that has been published in Japan since 2015. After her parents become rich by chance, the working-class child Kuome Yoshida can switch to the Crown Academy of the super-rich. But she doesn't feel at home among all the children from wealthy parental homes, only finds a friend in her classmate Hanabi. They are particularly annoyed by the enthusiastic student council president, Prince Hatsuyuki Ichimonji, who is said to be intelligent and endowed with many riches and titles of nobility. He is guarded by four other students who are also on the student council. But one day Kuome catches him having lunch in the girls' bathroom. She is summoned to the student council, where Hatsuyuki only apologizes. He wants to spend more time with her and get to know the life of ordinary people that is so foreign to him. While the prince slowly falls in love with Kuome, she only feels sorry for him and Hatsuyuki's environment wants to keep him away from the child of common people.

The manga started in 2015 in Aria magazine . In July 2018 it switched to Nakayoshi . The Kodansha publishing house has also brought out the chapters in six volumes. The American subsidiary of Kodansha also brought out the series in English. A German translation has been published by Tokyopop since November 2019 .
