Prinzo Winterstein

Prinzo Winterstein was a German gypsy jazz guitarist from the Sinti ethnic group . He noticed early on the artistic disposition of his sons Holzmanno and Ziroli Winterstein and taught them to play the guitar. In the early 1980s there were sessions with the German jazz guitarist Armin Heitz .

Winterstein was considered an excellent guitarist, well-known far beyond Sinti circles. Above all, he excelled as a soloist .
