Pro Missa Tridentina (PMT - Lay Association for the Classical Roman Rite in the Catholic Church eV ) is an association of Catholic lay people in German-speaking countries, whose aim is to celebrate the daily Holy Mass and the other sacraments in the extraordinary form of the Roman rite ( also called the Tridentine Rite ) according to the Motu proprio Summorum Pontificum .

The association was founded in the spring of 1990. One of the founding members was Robert Spaemann . Wolfgang Waldstein is honorary chairman of the association.

The association publishes the magazine Dominus Vobiscum twice a year , which contains reports on the status of your concern and articles on questions of liturgy and faith. The highlight of the annual general meeting is a solemn high mass in the extraordinary Roman rite.

The association works with other similarly oriented associations, e.g. B. with Una Voce Germany and with Pro Sancta Ecclesia. The association is a member of the international federation of Una Voce.
