Remarks

The polka was put together based on motifs from the ballet Cinderella . Johann Strauss died on June 3, 1899, leaving behind a fragment of a ballet called Cinderella . The composer Josef Bayer later completed this fragment and performed the work for the first time on May 2, 1901 in Berlin. It is no longer possible to determine whether the themes dealt with in this polka still come from Strauss or from Bayer. The final version of the polka was made by Josef Bayer.

The playing time on the CD listed under individual records is 3 minutes and 10 seconds. This time can vary somewhat depending on the conductor's musical conception.
